This large (22″ x 14″ x 1″ / 559mm x 356mm x 25mm) hardwood Maple cutting board is reversible. Versatile. Enduring. And a great gift!

One side has three inner circle rings to fit the bases of all sizes of our vertical roasters, holding them in place while you carve. Deep troughs catch all the natural juices. The other side is flat for normal chopping.

The Maple board is sealed with a unique FDA approved food-safe sealer that replaces the air and moisture in the cellular structure of the wood.

Includes food-safe oil to maintain and preserve the finish.
