set the record straight! There's been a lot of press lately about
beer can chicken. Thank you, finally. Our vertical roasters
are perfect support systems for this technique of roasting and
flavoring. Save pudding cans, tins, tuna cans, fruit cans, and
soup cans. Simply place beer, wine, champagne, (the essence)
etc. . . in the small containers to fit under the various size
racks we have and you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our
roasters, through our wire sizes, will sear in the natural juice
of the poultry, and the various flavors in the tins will give
you whatever essence (flavor) you wish.
Get
beyond beer!
That's been around for 60 years, not to mention, a beer can is
not going to sear in the juices and flavor the same way the Spanek
Vertical Roaster does. The tins give you the opportunity to experiment
with any flavor you wish -- coconut or guave juice -- play, have
fun! You can even mix some rosemary or mixed herbs, or liquid
smoke . . . whatever you wish.
Outside

mix the liquids with smoke chips. Sometimes I cook three or four
chickens on my gas BBQ and flavor each chicken to a different
